Colleen Wietmarschen has over 25+ years of experience in office administration. She supports our clients with blog posting and social media promotion, attorney support, WordPress setup and management, Internet Research, Facebook Fan Pages, eZines, and much more.
Colleen’s educational background includes courses in Administrative Assistance, Business English, and Writing and Editing. She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, MyClientSpot, Basecamp, MailChimp, iContact, and social media programs.

Julie Cioffi-Brawley
Julie Cioffi-Brawley, one of our team’s technical/web experts worked in sales and marketing for 18 years before moving into the virtual business world in 2006. Her background in sales and marketing gives her a unique perspective in helping clients convey their message in a way that will ensure growth.
Mainly self-taught, Julie is proud to share her expertise in HTML, CSS, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, WordPress, 1SC, Aweber, Constant Contact, and more.
The areas of client work that Julie enjoys the most include: Website Design/Maintenance, HTML, WordPress Install and Customization, Internet Marketing, 1ShoppingCart, Ezines, and Newsletters.
She currently lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time, Julie is an avid cook and is always trying new recipes. One long-term goal/dream would be to write a cookbook or two.

Electra Ford
Electra Ford is a VA Certified Internet Marketing and Facebook Fan Page expert. She assists CBS clients in a number of areas and is extremely detail-oriented and thorough, keeping clients informed every step of the way. Electra’s areas of expertise include:

Electra is a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association and an active volunteer. She has a Meetup group – the Intelligence and Support for Professionals Group. The group has monthly teleseminars where experts share personal and professional knowledge and techniques to support individuals in re-connecting to their happiness, taking care of their health and professional success.
In Electra’s VA practice, she supports Coaches, Holistic Practitioners and Authors to increase their visibility and sell the products and services online.”

Marian Harmon
Marian provides our clients with graphics, document design and ebook support, including PDF conversion and editing. Her other skills include technical research, writing and instructional technology. She also handles web site updates and is skilled in WordPress and Joomla. Marian is a fully commissioned Notary Public in California and is familiar with real estate, loan and legal documents. She is an IVAA Certified Virtual Assistant.

Skye Hawk is a Certified Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA), NAR Association Certified Real Estate Webographer (REW), National Institute of Webographers Certified BPO and REO Specialist, Harris Real Estate University QuickBooks Authorized Dealer and Pro Advisor (2005-2006) and provides real estate specific support to our clients.
Skye’s experience includes working with Realtors, Brokers, Mortgage Professionals, Investors, Vacation Rental Owners and Property Managers.

Lisa Riggi
While not revealing her age but having 30 years of secretarial experience, Lisa has created the mission of her business to pride itself in providing her clients with accurate, ethical, and prompt customer service, while offering a solution as to where to delegate their administrative tasks. Lisa enjoys working with a variety of business owners, specializing in life coaches and authors. Her years of experience has exposed her to many business tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite of products, QuickBooks, Adobe, and Coaches Console just to name a few.
Lisa assists the team in the areas of general administration and legal pleadings for small attorneys who specialize in family and consumer law.
A current member of her Church council (she is the secretary, go figure); Lisa has sat on several non-for-profit boards as well as a co-speaker with her husband for a marriage ministry. Lisa has a professional office at her Upstate New York home where she resides with her husband, three children, her parents that live in an in-law apartment and a Shih Tzu dog that they all cater to.

Ann Savino
Ann has worked in various types of corporations. She is known for her ability to complete projects while keeping her sense of humor. Along the way, she has picked up cloud-based/virtual skills in the evolving world of modern business. She has over 20 years of experience in the administrative field including work as an office manager and bookkeeper. Ann’s educational background is a B.A. in Film

Ann has volunteered for non-profit organizations creating training videos. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her daughter and three cats. She loves walking in all the beautiful locations the Bay Area offers and enjoys the diversity of culture and cuisine.
Sheila Edens-Brown
Sheila Edens-Brown is a WordPress/Shopping Cart Virtual Assistant. She is certified through Practice Pay Solutions and Hot skills VA training as an eCommerce Specialist. She is also a Certified Internet Marketing and Social Media Virtual Assistant. She works with clients to help to build credible reputation management and create online visibility.
