It encourages me that it's possible. I share my goals with my family (they're pretty good about keeping me in check :)) and also keep them in a planner. The act of writing them out like a schedule and really planning the trail to the goal not just the abstract of having the goal is helpful. I'm already blazing ahead on my 2012 goals, and will long after January :). Happy 2012 to everyone, I wish you all a wonderful, successful, and prosperous year!
